The company is nothing more than a way for Josh Disbrow as CEO, along with the management  and board members to line their pockets fleecing investors out of their hard earned money which they invested believing the lies spewed by Josh Disbrow.

With such a desperately pathetic financial performance you would think a pay cut would be the least management would do but NO Josh gave himself a half million dollar BONUS on top of his 1.5 million dollar salary. A guaranteed bonus for the next few years no less..!

Conman CEO Josh Disbrow is so nonchalant when it comes to his investors that he didn't even bother attending one of the company's quarterly webcasts. That's FOUR times a year a CEO gets to speak to their investors directly and he chose not to attend opting instead to oversee a private building project in Mexico. Investors are losing EVERYTHING and he can't even be bothered to show up for a quarterly conference call.

Josh Disbrow Hates Retail Investors

 Why does corrupt CEO of AYTU Biopharma have such a pathological hatred towards retail investors? You may think this is a crazy question but the man seems to go out of his way to ensure that NO retail investors will EVER make money investing in his company. He dilutes their shares with offering after offering and stock split after stock split so they are guaranteed to lose pretty much ALL of their investment.
